Under the direction of Neumann University Nurse Practitioners the Center promotes wellness, supports self care, and provides the best possible care through health assessments, and health screening, health education, nutrition and weight counseling, medication brown bag reviews, safety and functional assessments, Podiatry and Physical Therapy services, and advocacy. The Nursing Center is a partnership between Chester Senior Center and Neumann University.
