As a caregiver, you play an essential role in assuring the well-being of your aging loved one.  To help you shoulder your responsibility, SCS offers compassionate, individualized support through two programs:

Caregiver Consultation Service
Caregivers benefit from expert guidance, comprehensive assessment to pinpoint issues, and step-by-step solutions to help ensure the safety and well-being of their aging relative.  This is a private pay service.   For more information on the Caregiver Consultation Service, please contact Herb Jenkin at (610) 237-6222 ext. 123 or caregiverhelp@scs-delco.org.

Family Caregiver Support Program
This public program provides financial reimbursement (for caregiving supplies, support services, and home adaptations), resources, and caregiving counseling.  This program is free for eligible families.
